For the last M:Soundtrack of the year, Los Baby Jaguars bring their raw, psychedelic dance-floor sound to Schokoladen. The Berlin-based seven-piece unites musicians from Argentina, Venezuela, Spain and the UK, drawing on Peruvian cumbia, Latin funk, boogaloo, Afrobeat and salsa.

Hypnotic percussion, twangy guitars and vintage keyboards drive a live set that moves between expansive psychedelic passages and tightly woven grooves. Having shared stages with Los Mirlos, Los Wembler’s de Iquitos and El Frente Cumbiero, the band arrives with their self-titled debut album on Shimmer Down Records.
